Tailwind Nutrition Debuts A New Flavor

Press release provided by ATRA Double Track member Tailwind Nutrition.

Tailwind Nutrition’s New Flavor Will Make You Feel Like a Kid Again. Satisfying flavor keeps energy up and stomach calmed down.

Tailwind Nutrition is excited to debut Colorado Cola, a new addition to its Endurance Fuel line, at the Summer Outdoor Retailer show this week. Reminiscent of cola treats from childhood, Colorado Cola contains 35mg of caffeine per 100 calories and is designed to provide all-day nutrition in a flavorful drink that will not upset the stomach.

Like Tailwind’s other Endurance Fuels, Colorado Cola contains no artificial flavors or ingredients, no preservatives, no soy or dairy, is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan. The sports drink mix provides rapid and sustained energy, is easy on the stomach, replenishes electrolytes at the same proportion in which they are sweat out, and has a mild yet satisfying flavor that is easy to drink all day.

“Our customers have been asking for more caffeinated flavors for quite some time due to its inherent benefits for athletes, *” says Jennifer Vierling, Co-Founder of Tailwind Nutrition. “Colorado Cola was inspired by the cola that many athletes drink at aid stations at races. This mix offers a milder flavor profile of cola that is not as thick and syrupy as traditional sodas, is easier to drink, and free of artificial dyes, high-fructose corn syrup, and other unwanted ingredients.”

Founded in Durango, CO by endurance athletes, Tailwind Nutrition’s product line-up includes Endurance Fuel and Rebuild Recovery, the first sports recovery drink based on a patent-pending perfectly complete protein. All of Tailwind’s products are vegan, free of artificial ingredients and common allergens like soy, dairy and gluten, and non-GMO.
