Description:

The Wendover Woods Night 50km consists of 3 x 10 mile loops on forest trails, with the majority of running during the hours of darkness. The course mixes some of the most enjoyable trail running to be found anywhere, with wide, soft trails including smooth descents and runnable climbs. These sections are contrasted with some much steeper ascents and descents scattered throughout the loop. The course is the same loop used by the Wendover Woods 50 mile held in November. The event starts at 2100 on the Saturday and runs overnight to the cut off of 0630 Sunday.
