Trail des Coursieres

Description: The course of the Ultra-Trail des Coursières 2021 is being finalised, but should be very much inspired by the 2019 route with a first part on the side of Chagnon in the Loire before returning to Saint-Symphorien-sur-Coise, on the basis of life of the castle of Pluvy. Then, common route with the Trail des Coursières 53km, via the trails of Pomeys, Aveize, Duerne, Yzeron... An ultra loop in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais with many panoramic views. A course all in recovery, some will say rolling, others "breakers" ... It only constant, it's the smile on arrival and memories full of head (and full legs!) An ideal race to cross the 100km mark or to prepare the mountain ultras of summer. As such, the race earns 5 ITRA points, and is qualifying for the UTMB 2020.
