Description:

The 30k course is comprised of 3 identical 10k loops. You must complete your second loop by 10:30 am (averaging a 16:57/mile pace) to continue on your third. All runners must finish by noon.
Aid stations will be located every 3 miles (at mile 3, 6, 9, 12,and 15).
Awards @ 11 am. Top 3 male & female in each distance + top masters (50+) will be given a trophy.
Complimentary cold beer and lunch @ 10 am – noon. The 10k course is run on a single loop.
You will have an aid station at the half-way point (approx mile 3).
