Description:

The Green Chimneys “Conquer the Forest” Trail race will start by running though Green Chimneys Clearpool campus and quickly merge into the spectacular trails that meander through this remarkable forest landscape. This 5 miles has just about every type of terrain anyone could want in a race. You will be running long gradual slopes, lakeside trails, undulating hilltops, remote meadows, technical rocky trails, and open fields. While there will be some challenging sections, we promise this is a race you will want to experience for yourself. Come out and see if you can “Conquer the Forest”! The race benefits Green Chimneys’ comprehensive programs featuring therapeutic animal-assisted and nature-based activities for children with emotional, behavioral, social and learning challenges. $50 race entry includes a t-shirt.
