Welcome to the 2022 Creepy Shack, Missouri’s steepest 5k/10k!

Join us in the beautiful, wooded hills of Northern Missouri, where runners can expect a bit of everything; from fast, flowy sections, to technical switchbacks, and of course lots of climbing! The 5k consists of one lap of the course, with approximately 500′ of climbing, and the 10k is two laps of the course, with approximately 1000′ of climbing.
