Long Course: 7.4 km (95 meters elevation gain)
Short Course: 3.2 km
There are washrooms at the start and medical support on site.
Refreshments, awards and draw prizes after the races.
For the 7.4K racers there will be a draw for a pair of New Balance shoes at the end of the race as well as draw prizes courtesy of the Starting Block in Vernon.
First prize in each category 19+ in the 7.4K race is a bottle of fruit wine from Sleeping Giant Fruit Winery. Jam and syrup are the prizes for the 3.2 Fun Run race and for the younger categories in the 7.4K race.
Donuts and Apples will be provided after the race.
No aid stations.
No dogs (on and off leash) will be allowed! Runners with dogs will be disqualified. This is a safety issue that is a non-negotiable.
