Streak to the Peak

This year’s race will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the Bare Mountain Retreat 30 minutes from Boise in the Boise Mountains. The race is limited to 120 runners and registration is required..

The Streak to the Peak can be a challenging 4.6K race for competitive runners. For everyone else, it is a leisurely and enjoyable hike to the top of Bare Mountain. Racers and hikers are both welcome. The course begins at the Bare Mountain Retreat clubhouse, makes one loop around the lower bowl area and then heads up the mountain to finish at the peak. The 1,200 foot elevation gain offers great views of the surrounding Boise Mountains.

Non-racing support guests are also welcome to cheer on the competitors and participate in all the other activities.
