The San Juan Mountain Running Adventure is a scenic tour of the best trail runs in the northern San Juan Mountains. Starting in Telluride, this tour will run continuous trail systems to the town of Ouray stopping at mountain lodges along the way. Join us for a week of unforgettable trail running along sections of the Hardrock 100 route, through beautiful aspen forests and high, alpine tundra.

During this 7-day adventure you will have the opportunity to run on seven separate outings. The first two days will be spent in the Telluride area and consist of scenic acclimatization runs above town. From Telluride we will head east with three more days of stunning trails and historic mining roads as we work our way towards the Ouray area. Along the way we will stay at two comfortable mountain lodges perched high in the San Juans.

Many of the runs during this adventure are considered to be of moderate level and we encourage participants to arrive in good running condition. This is a perfect trip for both experienced trail runners and those new to the sport looking to experience the joys of running on beautiful mountain trails.
