Description:

Mt. Esja Ultra will be held for the eight time on the 15th of June 2019. Mt. Esja Ultra has been voted the race of the year in Iceland in 2012 and trail race of the year 2013 and 2015. The following distances are available:

Mt. Esja Ultra II: 14 km + 1200 m elevation gain – 3.900 ISK
Mt. Esja Marathon: 45 km + 3200 m elevation gain – 7.500 ISK. For advanced trail runners that want to experience a difficult race in stunning surroundings. Finishers receive 1 UTMB point.
Mt. Esja Ultra Xtreme – XI: 77 km + 6600 m elevation gain – 15.000 ISK. For those who are fearless of big challenges! Finishers receive 2 UTMB points.
