Description: Monduber trail is a trail running event held in Xeresa, Valencia. The views from the track are breathtaking. You can see a beach from 90% of track's route. The route breaks down to 68% trail, 21% track and only 11% road in a mountainous environment. The routes includes historical locations such as the Monastery of Santa Maria de la Valldigna, the castle of Queen Mora, the cave of Mallaetes and many more interesting locations. There will be prizes for top winners and goodie bags for all participants. Mandatory equipment and cut off times apply. Race route food and drink and medical services. The entire route is marked and approximately 350 volunteers will be on site to assist runners. The following check point information and post-race services are for all distances: Cloakroom. Fully market route. Food and water checkpoints including gluten-free and food for diabetics every 10km. Post race barbeque including vegetarian, gluten-free food and food for diabetics. Post race medical services include physiotherapist, podologists and general medical assistance. Accommodation and travel. If you want to extend your stay, the organization can arrange hostels, camping sites and hotels at a special reduced rate. Xeresa Hostel: It’s is free. But you need to bring your sleeping bag or other bedding arrangements. (You won’t need transport as this hostel is 5 minutes from the finish line). Xeraco camping site: at the beach in Xeraco. You have a choice of cabins, apartments or another accommodation. You can enjoy views of beach and good food. (10 minutes by car or bus). Casa El Somnis: a fantastic and comfortable apartment in Drova. You can enjoy the unique and excellent views and the peace of the mountain. (15 minutes by car or bus). Hotel Bayren: at the beach in Gandia. If you're flying, the closest international airport is in to the north, in Valencia at 69km on the AP-7 motorway. Alicante international airport is 131km to the south, also on the AP-7 motorway. To get to Xerena on public transport, take the underground (metro) from the Valencia airport to Valencia Nord-Xativa station, change to local trains to Xeraco on the C1 line. A Xeraco, staff will meet you and deliver you to your accomodation. The cost of travel of Valencia to Xeresa is approximately 15 euros and the duration is 1' 45".
