Description:

McCoy Flats Trail Events (5k, 10k, 15k) – These course events will take place at the beautiful high desserts of northeastern Utah near the city of Vernal.

April 2024 @ McCoy Flats Trail Complex Vernal UT

5k Event: Easy loop trail start/end at corral with approximately 65ft elevation gain, no shade, desert speed and grit.

Start Time: 6:40 am

10k Event: Loop trail start/end at corral through a scenic desert canyon with a 505 elevation gain. Beautiful scenic landscapes and rock formations are located along the course. A truly awesome trail for the more experienced runner.

Start Time: 6:20 am

15k Event: Loop trail start/end at corral through a canyon, climbing to the top of the canyon for a mile and merging back to aid station 3 with an elevation gain of 677ft elevation gain – pure desert beauty with a panoramic view of the entire course from the top of the canyon hill.
