The Gold Rush Growler 10 Mile and 5K trail runs will have new courses for 2026 – along with post-race ice-cold beer and a custom Gold Rush Growler finisher beer glass! Commemorative Gold Rush Growler race shirts are available for $20 in men’s and women’s cuts.

The Gold Rush Growler Trail Runs start and finish at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA, with beautiful scenic courses along the shoreline and on single track trails.
