Description:

The Gold Rush Growler 10 Mile Trail Run and 5K will have New Courses for 2022 – along with post-race IPA beer and a custom Gold Rush Growler Finisher Beer Glass!

The Gold Rush Growler Trail Runs start and finish at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA with beautiful scenic courses along the shoreline and on single track trails.5K Course

The 5K Course course starts at the south end of Granite Beach and heads north toward Oak Point and Old County. The course then returns to Granite Beach on some new trails and some old favorites.
10 Mile Course

The new 10 mile Growler course starts at South Granite Beach and heads north to Oak Point. The course will stay on the paved Park Road to Doton’s Point after a loop through the Old Oak Point Campground. The course winds around Doton’s Point before taking secret trails out toward Nude Beach and back to Beeks Bight. The course then takes the Jedi Trail to Old County Road before making a u-turn up the Original Climb to Dee’s Tree. The course returns to Old County on the new Flow Trail before returning to Granite Beach on some new trails and some old trails. You are going to love the course.
