Description: The park is characterized by rugged topography, abundant wildlife, and the park's namesake, Fishers Peak, prominently presiding at 9,633 feet. The Fishers Peak State Park Trail Race will feature a looping trail race, starting at the Goldenrod Trail, going to the end of that trail and connecting to the Upper Lone Cub and then ending on the Lower Lone Cub. This race will be a 12K.
