Description:

Join us for a one day running retreat in beautiful Salida, CO. The focus of the retreat is on elevating your joy of running through increased awareness of movement using a somatic education approach (Feldenkrais). The retreat includes an Awareness Through Movement Practice, organized trail runs, video analysis of your running, and somatic education discussion. Lunch is included and catered by a local chef. We’ll also provide snacks and drinks during the wrap-up discussion.  The retreat is hosted by a physical therapist, a certified Feldenkrais practitioner, a mindfulness coach, and a licensed clinical therapist. They combine their clinical knowledge with their love of the outdoors and passion for trail running and helping others to find joy through movement.

Group runs from 2 – 13 miles.
