Bros And Bras 5K

Description: Bros & Bras 5k. This is the innagural 5K hosted by Bros & Bras. We are honored to be allowed to use the Sam Michaels Park complex and we look forward to providing a fun course catering to all levels of fitness. Running the 5k cross country course at Sam Michael's Park is fast enough to be motivating to the competitive runner and comfortable enough for the new runner to enjoy the varying terrain. Runner and Walkers will have a blast. Participants are encouraged to dress in PINK in support of the Mountain Mommas as they raise awareness of Breast Cancer research. The course is run on somewhat groomed grass trails of rolling hills and a variety of non-technical terrain.
