Description:

We are taking the best from our popular 6 week Beginner Trail Running Course and condensing it into a long weekend full of education, exploration and fun!

The camp pairs coached runs at scenic trails across the front range to work on skills and fitness (such as how to conquer technical terrain and steep hills) and clinics with expert guest speakers like park rangers to talk about what to do if you see a rattlesnake or mountain lion (gulp) on the trail.Your local Colorado coaches are experienced and certified long time trail runners, each with their own area of expertise.
