Description:

Come RUN or WALK with Anoka Rotary Club at our 1st annual 5K Fundraiser. Held in conjunction with Anoka’s Riverfest celebration, the race helps support our scholarship program and our Dictionary Distribution program (free dictionaries handed out to all Anoka-Hennepin 3rd graders). The race will begin / finish at Anoka High School (parking available) and will follow the scenic trails along the Rum River. *Early online registration until July 1st: $35 *Race Day registration: $40 *All runners age 17 & under: $15. Race day registration / check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m., and the race will begin at 8:30 a.m. There will also be a free kids’ 1K fun run along the Rum River with a tentative start time of 9 a.m. All 5K finishers will receive a free race medal. Water and snacks will be provided after the race. Restrooms will be available at the race start/finish. Join us on July 8th for some invigorating exercise, then enjoy a fun day at Riverfest!
