Trail Runner’s Review: The BraviSport Bra

In 2018 she became an Adirondack 46er – climbing the 46 highest peaks in New York’s Adirondack Mountains.

The BraviSport Bra is a comfortable low-to-medium impact sports bra that holds true to their statement “No to the Uniboob!”

Knowing that the bra was medium support, I recognized that I would be OK with a spin workout or a yoga class, so I decided to take it for a test run on a 5k snowshoe course. At first I could feel the expected bounce, but once I slowed to a jog, everything stayed in place.

If you are anything like me, a few things I look for in a bra are: how well does it repel sweat, will I chafe at the seams and support band, and can I get out of the bra easily if it is wet? The BraviSport passed my test – I did not chafe and could easily get out of the wet bra in my typical small and challenging changing room – my car.

A little more about me, I am a petite yet full chested woman, so I would not recommend using this bra for an intense workout. I did wear the bra all day so that I did not have change before a yoga class in the evening. I felt like I had the same separation and support that my daily use bras provides; honestly more comfort – I didn’t want to take it off immediately when I got home.

The bra may run large, as a 36D, I chose the Large (36-38). I found the front Y-shaped design obvious making it seem like I had the bra on backwards. This design could deter you from going shirtless and showing off your abs or shoulder muscles. The coverage on the sides was disappointing; resulting in having to wear a short sleeved shirt for a workout instead of just the bra or a tank top.

The final word – for the price you can feel comfortable and look good without the typical uniboob that a compression bra silhouette offers.

BraviSport: There’s one essential workout item every woman needs – a good sports bra. Introducing the brand new BraviSport, a medium support sports bra that gets rid of the dreaded uniboob. BraviSport has racer-back straps that give support and full range of motion. Its innovative and unique front Y-shape design separates the breasts and limits breast compression, preventing the formation of lines and creases in the cleavage area. Removable pads for custom shape and comfort, and its smooth elastic band is super soft. Available in three sizes (S, M, L) and fits based on your regular bra band size.
