Flora Lake Padden Trail Half Marathon – USATF 1/2 Marathon Trail Championships
Coming to Bellingham, WA on October 17, 2015. The field for the 2015 USATF National Trail Half Marathon Championships promises to be the most competitive in the nation this year with both Patrick Smyth (Nike) of Salt Lake City, UT and Maria Dalzot (La Sportiva) of Bellingham, WA returning. In addition, Andy Wacker (Adidas) of Boulder, CO will make it a great race up front for the men and a slew of women’s elites, including experienced trail runners Kimber Mattox (Nike) of Eugene, OR and Allison Morgan of Bend, OR, will make for an incredibly deep field.

• Defending Champion: Maria Dalzot (La Sportiva/Bellingham, WA) – 2014 USATF National Trail Half Marathon Champion, 18th at 2015 World Long Distance Mountain Running Championship
• Kimber Mattox (Nike/Oregon) – 2014 World Xterra Trail Champion, 2014 Warrior Dash World Champion, 6th at 2014 World Mountain Running Championship
• Allison Morgan (Oregon) – 4th at 2015 US Mountain Running Championship, 18th at 2014 World Mountain Running Championship, 32:46 10k
• Jamie Cheevers (Brooks/Washington) – 12th at 2015 USATF Steeplechase Championship
