Description:

Each race will be a 5km (approx) loop with the option to do 1 or 2 loops for a 5km or 10km race.

Entry for an individual race includes: Race number, water, light snacks and a cup of tea at the end. As well as a fun, challenging course, safely marked so that you just have to worry about the running! Each race will be a 5km (approx) loop with the option to do 1 or 2 loops for a 5km or 10km race.

The course will be marshalled and there will be course markings out to show the way. There are a few hazards on this course – slippery pathways, protruding rocks and roots and the pathways are very muddy – trail shoes are required for this race. If you do not have them you place yourself in danger of falling or injury, which of course we don’t want. There are sometimes road sections our races, so road sense is required. We will have marshals on the road sections so please listen to their directions.
