Race Course
The route is a flat paved path that is 1 mile long in distance. There is a very slight uphill that will be noticed after several hours of running, but is not significant. Strollers will be permitted since this is a super family friendly event. 4 legged pacers are permitted with leash and disposable waste bags.

Food
This will be your typical running buffet over the span of the 12 hour race. We all know that ultras, especially the timed ones, are just eating competitions with running here and there. So let us know what you like and we will try our best to accommodate as many reasonable requests as possible.

6 Hour AM
The 6 Hour AM race will begin in the morning. There will be a total of 50 runners. Each runner will complete one lap at a time. Once the lap is complete and there is still time remaining on the clock, the lap is counted. No partial laps will be counted. Runners will complete as many laps as they are able till the time runs out. Once the clock expires, the race has ended. If a runner does not complete their loop before the time runs out, then the loop will not count in the final distance. The male and female runners to complete the most number of laps in 6 hours will be declared the winners.

05:45 AM – Packet Pick Up Ends
05:50 AM – Pre Race Talk
05:55 AM – Line Up
06:00 AM – Race Starts
12:00 PM – Race Ends

The Lightning Award
In Ultra running, slow and steady wins the race. The runner who throws that philosophy out the window and achieves the fastest single loop time out of the entire field of runners from all three races, will win this award. Time and total distance does not mater for this award. The only thing that matters is the time of a single loop. Only participants of the 6 or 12 hour races are eligible for this award.
