Description:

A Mud Run through the beautiful Forest of Dean

The Run will follow a similar route to The Forest Warrior and will be a Muddy Off Road Trail Run

Some sections will be extremely deep mud there are several shallow water crossings but no swimming required

Come and join a fun Mud Race and be rewarded with a great Warrior Mud Hammer Medal

The 10k race will start at 10.30am and the 5k at 10.00am

Start and finish is at The Speech House Hotel Field.

Please arrive 30 mins before start time to collect race bib and chip

Bring a spare change of clothes and shoes as you will get muddy
