Description:

The regional park promotes the practice of outdoor activities in a healthy environment. In this context, this year we will continue our eco-responsible approach to allow you to live a regional and authentic experience. With this in mind, the organizing committee decided to reduce the items given to participants, as well as to eliminate the glasses at the refreshments. Thank you for your understanding and your support in this process, which is consistent with our mission, focused on the conservation and enhancement of the park’s natural heritage.

Canadian Championship . We are in discussions with the Canadian Trail & Mountain Running Association so that the Trail du Massif du Sud is once again part of the regional circuit of qualifying races for the Canadian championships, and that runners can qualify by obtaining one of the five first places in their age category (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 years +.), regardless of the distance (6, 10 or 21 km).
