Description:

Nimbus Outdoor is preparing the fourth edition of Torrencial Valdivia Trail, the main trail running event of South Chile. The race is the last event of the Columbia Trail Challenge (1st in Pucón, 2nd in Huilo Huilo, 3rd in Valdivia). The winners of the ultra distances will be awarded with a trip and free tickets to France, to participate in the UTMB next year. Second and third places will receive flight and race ticket to run in Argentina and in Brazil. Torrencial develops at the hearth of the Valdivian rainforest and the Pacific Ocean, 20 kms away from Valdivia, Región de Los Ríos, Chile. The race separates into two days. On Saturday, June 30, 11k and 18k will take place. On Sunday, July 1, ultra runners will be participating in 30k (new distance), 45k and 80k (new distance) races. Torrencial Traverse – “Travesía Torrencial” will be a 45k route split into to stages with special service for runners: In the first day, 25km (June 30), and in the second, 20k (July 1). Traverse runners will receive a special tricot for the race.
