Last One’s a Rotten Egg!
How many 3.5-mile/700 ft loops can you complete in 59:59 or faster?!?
This year, the last official finisher within the allotted time per lap is the rotten egg and will be eliminated from the race, along with anyone who took an hour or longer to get through the cones! No matter what, the field of runners will be reduced by at least one person each lap!
Each subsequent lap will be run in the opposite direction as the one before.
If there are two or more runners remaining for the 10th and final lap, it’ll be a race to see who places 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.
A new lap will start, on the hour, every hour:
Lap 1 (Counter-clockwise) – 8:00 am
Lap 2 (Clockwise) – 9:00 am
Lap 3 (CCW) – 10:00 am
Lap 4 (CW) – 11:00 am
Lap 5 (CCW) – 12:00 pm
Lap 6 (CW) – 1:00 pm
Lap 7 (CCW) – 2:00 pm
Lap 8 (CW) – 3:00 pm
Lap 9 (CCW) – 4:00 pm
Lap 10 (CW) – 5:00 pm
