Relay Race
-The course is at an elevation of approximately 6,000 feet. Each loop is 5 miles.
-Teams must consist of 3 runners.
-Each runner must complete 4 loops in the same order as the first loop. Any deviation from this order will result in disqualification.
-The race starts at 6:00 AM on September 6th and ends at 6:00 PM on the same day. There will be a cutoff time at 3:00 PM—the first runner must start their fourth (final) loop by this time.
-As soon as a team member crosses the finish line after their loop, the next runner may begin their run from behind the start line.
-To qualify for the Western States Raffle, the entire team must complete the race.
-There will be Men’s and Women’s categories.
-The category placement is determined by the majority gender on the team.
Example: A team with 2 men and 1 woman will be placed in the Men’s category.
A team with 2 women and 1 man will be placed in the Women’s category.
-1st Place: $1,500
-2nd Place: $750
-3rd Place: $450
-A Tanri hat and dinner on Friday, September 6th are included in the registration fee.

Individual Race
-A 10-hour individual race where runners complete as many laps as possible from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
-Each lap is 5 miles.
-To qualify for the Western States Raffle, runners must complete at least 8 laps.
-There will be Men’s and Women’s categories.
-1st Place: $500
-2nd Place: $300
-3rd Place: $200
-A Tanri hat and dinner on Friday, September 6th are included in the registration fee.
