Mandatory Pre-Race Meeting: Saturday 4:45 am for 100k race. 7:45 am for 50k race. 1:45 pm for 30k race 3:45 for 10k
Start Times: 5:00 am for 100k race, 8 am for 50k race, 2 pm for 30k, and 4 pm for 10k race Saturday, February 23, 2019.
End Times: 5:00 pm for 50k race 10:00 pm for 100k race, 8 p.m. for 30k, 7 pm for 10k race, Saturday February 23, 2019 (3 hr time limit for 10k, 6 hr time limit for 30k, 9 hr time limit for 50k, 17-hour time limit for100k).
Post-Race Party: 5:30-11:30 pm, Saturday, February 23rd, 2019 Graham Swamp Trail head
Delicious post race meal by Baynes BBQ will be provided.
Support Crews are optional. Two aid stations will be available each 6.2 mi loop. One with electrolyte fluids and minimal food. The other at 3 miles will be manned also but with water only. Those with a support crew / pacers will have to access runners by foot at each aid station as trail head parking lot will be open to cars but will fill quickly and other entry is off busy main road ie Colbert Ln.. There will be stretches of up to 3 miles between aid stations.
Pacers will be allowed for the last 2 loops of 50k race and dark evening portion of 100k race. All runners will be required to run with a hydration vest or bottle as this will be a green race and waste will be kept to a minimum.
This year the SWAMP will be a chip timed race which will be provided by MCM Timing! However we still suggest that all runners wear a GPS watch to track their distance and for location purposes should they get lost. All runners must carry hydration bottle or pack!
