Description:

Welcome to the 19th annual Sproul 10k
A 10K run through the mountains of Sproul State Forest. It’s 3 miles uphill to the top of McCloskey Mountain, and then a blistering 3.7 miles down to the finish. Expect vistas, stream crossings, and technical single track. Well-known as one of the toughest 10k’s in PA.

Registration is now open to the first 400 runners. No race-day sign ups. No Refunds. No Deferrals. No bandits. No exceptions.
