A 4 mile run up and down Tenderfoot Hill on Spiral Drive. Over 600 feet of ascent with the same descent back down. Elevation low point 7040′. This is on a dirt/gravel road.

Meet at Riverside Park, one block north of Hwy 291 stoplight on F Street.
