Spartan – Palm Beaches

The S. County Regional Park is located just minutes from the beach. Situated 40 minutes south of West Palm Beach and an hour North of Miami, this is the perfect spot for an active and relaxing vacation.

As for the race course, this is one of the flattest and fastest on the schedule – a runner’s paradise. We like to add challenges to the race course when dealing with flat terrains, so be on the lookout for some back-to-back obstacles and heavy carries. Challenge yourself by running the Sprint on both Saturday and Sunday.
