Snowdon Trail Running Challenge

Venue: Snowdonia National Park. Based at the Llwyn Bach Campsite in Llanberis, we have direct access onto the famous Llanberis Path and the foothills of Snowdon itself.

The Llanberis Path takes you around Snowdon joining the Rangers Path, the views on this trail run are phenomenal, you’ll definitely have to stop and take a picture or two on route.

Heading out of Llwyn Bach Campsite and onto the Llanberis Path you turn left following the path on a tough trail. There are a number of checkpoints (number will vary depending on your distance), fully stocked to keep you fuelled.

You’ll be heading around the summit taking in a 360 degree journey around this wonderful mountain.

This is a tough course as you would expect with some series climbs and some technical sections all mixed in.

You finish off coming back to the campsite, where you’ll be warmly greeted and receive your much deserved bespoke medal and refreshments, plus a much needed cup of tea.

It’s certainly not an event to miss and is one of the toughest in our series with difficult, technical, rocky and slatey trails.

NB – This is a Mountain trail run and should be treated as such. Kit lists will be carried out at registration on all runners and random kit list checks will be carried out during the event itself.
