Seize the Day: Amer’s Trail Epilepsy Run

Take your running game off road for a challenging 5K/10K course through Mendon Ponds Park in Mendon, NY. Proceeds from the race will benefit Empowering People’s Independence’s programs for children and adults with epilepsy. Runners and walkers both welcome! The race will start and end at the North Meadow Trail (on Canfield Road, between Pittsford-Mendon Center Road and Douglas Road) and will follow the North Meadow and East Esker trails.
