TROT COVID POLICY
TROT events will have contact-less packet pickup options and participants will be required to wear masks and maintain social distance while picking up their packet. There will be no race day signups.

Runners must start and end the race with a mask on once they enter the “Mask On Zone.” These zones will be clearly marked. Masks must comply with recommendations from the CDC.

TROT will use wave starts to spread out the participants on the course.

Runners must wear a mask when entering aid station “Mask On Zones,” get what they need and can un-mask while leaving.

Runners must have a mask in their possession with them at all times while participating.

Runners must strive to maintain social distance of 6’ whenever possible and especially while outside of “Mask On Zones.”

Race crew, volunteers, vendors, and spectators must wear masks 100% of the time while at the event.

Only single serve foods will be available at aid stations for runners. At night, all hot foods will be served in a sealed bag or single cup.

Aid stations will use cupped water or single use containers.

There will be a sanitizing stations outside of “Mask On Zones” at aid stations and at restroom locations.

Hand sanitizer will be available at all aid stations and at all port o potties.

There will be covid monitors per 50 people that attend. The monitors job would be to monitor and maintain the guidelines laid out in the above TROT Covid Policy.

OVERVIEW
The trails are a great mix of straw pine laces single track, winding downhills and fun CCC built rock stairs. When you are running towards the front of the park you will be climbing and coming back you will be descending so prepare for some vert.

6:00am Start 100k+ 100k Relay 10 loops of the 6.10 mile loop
7:00am Start 50k 5 loops of 6.10 mile loop
7:30am Start 30k 3 loop of 6.10 mi
8:00am Start 20k 2 loops of 6.10 mile loop

8:30am Start 10k 1 loop of 6.10 mile loop

MIDNIGHT is the CUTOFF for going out on another loop.

CUTOFFS
All runners must be on their last loop by 18 hours race time. The hard cutoff is 20 hours.
