Description:

Welcome to the 1st Inaugural Year of the Sandhills Trail & Ultra Festival that will be held at this urban State Park in Columbia South Carolina! Sesquicentennial (Sesqui) State Park is located in the heart of Columbia and includes 1400 acres of single track trails, beautiful lake scenes, camping with several kid family actives and facilities. There are 12 complete miles of trails that encompass the park that showcase the Sandhills region. The course is a 6.2 mile loop that rolls through some sandy sections north of the main trail but comes back to some beautiful and fast single track trails around the lake, hiking trails, and campground. Runners will be able to set up a personal aid station for the longer events and for those who reserved a campsite in the upper loop you will run right past your campsite during each lap!
