Technical courses through an old-growth forest with spectacular scenery. Choose 5K or 10K distance. The 10K is not for beginners. $100 to overall male and female runners in 10K; $50 to overall male and female in 5K. Races benefit Salt Springs Park in Susquehanna County, north of Montrose, Pa.
