challenging, spectacular, high elev. course beginning at bottom of Steamboat Springs ski area and climbing to Mt. Werner, along Continental Divide to Rabbit Ears Peak and then back. 50 miler has 9,000′ vertical; 100 miler has 22,000′ vertical. About 8 miles paved, about 86 miles of trails and the rest rough jeep roads. Figure about 101.7 miles, 20,391 ft. ascent and 20,391 ft. descent.
