MORE’s Run for Refugees 5K is a family-friendly event that takes place at Phalen Lake Park in St. Paul, MN. Whether you want to seriously compete (prizes are awarded to the first three finishers – male and female!), just walk and enjoy the beautiful weather, or somewhere in-between – this is the event for you!

Course Info: The race is once around the lake with the start and finish at the Pavilion. From greatruns.com – Located in northeastern St. Paul, Lake Phalen offers a pleasant paved path around its perimeter. The lake is popular for fishing, boating, and has a man-made beach. There are water views for a good part of the loop. It is quite hilly in sections!
