Run for Refugees 5K

Description:

MORE’s Run for Refugees 5K is a family-friendly event that takes place at Phalen Lake Park in St. Paul, MN. Whether you want to seriously compete (prizes are awarded to the first three finishers – male and female!), just walk and enjoy the beautiful weather, or somewhere in-between – this is the event for you!

This family-friendly event costs $35 plus processing fees (kids under 18 are free!).
Price increases after April 30th and again on race day.

Registration includes our always loved Run for Refugees T-shirt. Please Note: we will only be able to guarantee a t-shirt for registrations prior to June 1st, 2023.

Go the Extra Mile for Refugees: Create an individual fundraiser to support MORE’s services to help refugees and immigrants with learning English, workforce readiness, digital literacy, case management services, and weekly free food and clothing distributions. We supported almost 500 refugees, asylum seekers, and undocumented immigrants in 2022. Sign up to help us welcome even more new Americans in 2023.

Course Info: The race is once around the lake with the start and finish at the Pavilion. From greatruns.com – Located in northeastern St. Paul, Lake Phalen offers a pleasant paved path around its perimeter. The lake is popular for fishing, boating, and has a man-made beach. There are water views for a good part of the loop. It is quite hilly in sections!
