Get ready for the most memorable fitness experience of your life. Join us for this fitness adventure in the rugged and historic Fraser Canyon in this team based fitness event.

Please note, this is a RUCKING event so very little running will be involved. You can make this event harder by carrying more weight and doing more reps, or easier by leaving your pack at home. Although you should only attempt this event if you are of a reasonable fitness level, we welcome all levels and so long as you can hike for 8 hours, this is the event for you!
