For mountain-goats, the Rock ‘N The Knob has broken the will of many as you repeatedly ascend one of the highest peaks in the Central Alleghenies – Blue Knob Mountain in southwestern Pennsylvania. As Pennsylvania Highest Race, not only is Rock N’ The Knob one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s most physically demanding races with more than 250 feet of climbing per mile on your legs, but our sadistic race directors have embedded challenges that are designed to “mess with the heads” of even the most seasoned trail runner.
