Brand New Ragnar in the Beautiful Green Mountain State. Announcing the newest addition to our family, Ragnar Trail Vermont, presented by Salomon. We’ve stepped up our game for New Englanders looking for an unforgettable, nature filled, running adventure with friends. Our new majestic course is just 2 hours outside of Boston at Mt. Ascutney in the sleepy town of West Windsor, and features other-worldly beauty that exists only in the Vermont countryside.

On Aug. 3-4, teams of 8 (or 4 ultra-runners) will set up camp, and come together to conquer a series of three trails that start and end at Ragnar Village, day and night and day again. Runners will experience trails built with love by our friends at Sport Trails of the Ascutney Basin (STAB), that’ll send each runner over the river and through the woods (literally) and on single-track trails as sweet as maple syrup. Ragnar Trail Vermont is a full blown 3-day camping, running, weekend adventure. Runners (friends, co-workers, kids) are welcome to start their Ragnar Trail experience on Thursday to set up camp, hang with friends and relax before the race. Teams also have the option of grabbing a luxe hotel room within a stone’s throw of the Village for an additional fee if the call of a hot shower is too strong.
