Trails, hills, a campfire party and moonlit running
Ragnar Trail Kentuckiana, presented by Salomon, is the wild-child’s idea of a good time in the woods and it’s happening on May 17-18. Runners will set up camp at Otter Creek Outdoor Recreation Area, a hidden gem beyond the daily grind you’ll leave behind for a long weekend.

This year, Ragnar Trail Kentuckiana is a full-blown three day adventure. Runners (friends, co-workers, kids) are welcome to set up camp on Thursday.

On Friday, teams of 8 (or 4) are pitted up against a series of three challenging trail loops that begin and end at Ragnar Village; the beating, humming heart of the weekend where you’ll stoke the campfire, sleep (?), and fuel up on s’mores.

The trails, oh the trails! Come experience nature at its most raw with technical, winding loops, blooming redbuds, and panoramic views of the Ohio river. And when the sun sets, you’ll head into the dark for a spirit-quest, soul-searching, moon-lit night of running where the real memories are made.

The race doesn’t end until each member of your team has completed all three trails and has a cache of wild stories to tell. Mark your running calendar for May 17-18, and don’t miss your call for an adventure at its purest form.
