The 7th annual Phipps Bend River Run is a 10 mile trail race along scenic Holston River. Race is part of Skelton Law Racing Series and is included in State of Franklin Track Club King & Queen Competition, Trail Series Competition, and Long Distance Series. Since 1999, the award-winning Skelton Law Racing has presented a series of premier trail and road running events. Skelton Law Racing has always been a 100% volunteer community service organization and has enjoyed participants from over 30 states.
