Description: Welcome to the 2018 North Country Trail Relay (NCTR), organized by Groove City Events. The race is run on the North Country Trail. The section of the trail we will be using for the race runs through the Huron-Manistee National Forest beginning at the trail head on Upper River road. The course stretches from Brethren to Baldwin, Michigan for approximately 62.5 miles. This is a 5 or 6 person team relay event with the relay legs averaging between 4-6 miles with the longest being 8 miles.
