No Frills, All Thrills Trail Run

An 8K and a 4K route through woods and fields and is moderately hilly. Most parts of the trail are wide enough to make passing comfortable if you’re feeling feisty. One water stop which runners will pass twice, at about 2 miles and again at around 4 miles. More fluids will be available at the start/finish area.
