The 100 mile will start in the Lake Absegami Day Use Area Parking lot in Bass River State Forest, will merge with the Batona Trail at the southern terminus and will follow Batona Trail to the Pakim Pond area completing an approximately 9.8 mile clockwise loop and returning southbound on to the Batona Trail finishing at Lake Absegami Day Use Area. Cutoff times are implemented at several checkpoints in order to ensure that runners complete the event in 30 hours or less. Support is provided to the runners at designated locations along the trail and the runners’ finish times are logged. Cutoff times are implemented at several checkpoints in order to ensure that runners complete the event in 16 hours or less for the 55 mile run and 14 hours for the 33 mile run.

All participants wishing to run the 100 mile distance must have completed at least one official trail race of 50 miles or longer. Participants must enter their qualifying race, date and distance at the time of registration. Concurrent with the NJ Devil 100 there will be 55 mile and 33 mile races running through the night listed on ultrasignup for more info.
