Description:

Out & back along the Merrimack River. Footing excellent w/occasional rooty or rocky sections. Uphills and downhills are not long but may be steep. H20, bathroom, snacks; 99% trail; 3 water stops. Prizes: $100 for new course records (Paul Low 56:30, Kim Nedeau 65:08). Race founded by Steve Peterson in 1992 and Dave Dunham (timing and scoring) . Currently Sau-Mei Leung volunteer to continue the tradition.  Hope you can join us!
