Description:

The 12k course will start at the Department of Energy Site, run down the Hamburg Trail, turn right to connect to the Lost Valley Trail, head straight up the fire road and run the trail counter-clockwise, then return to the Hamburg Trail to finish at the DOE site. Water stations will be at 1.5, 4.5, and 6.5 miles.
