The Evergreen running season starts at Lord Hill!

Lord Hill Park has been a favorite early-season trail run for many runners, and 2025 marked the race’s 20th year! Lord Hill Park is a regional county park in Snohomish, Washington. With over 1,300 acres of wilderness, you could spend all day getting lost on miles of trails, but don’t worry, we will keep you on the right trail.

Course Description

Nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, this race packs a punch! The course starts with all distances climbing “the hill,” and just when you think you’re at the top, you round the corner and “Oh Lord” there is more! After the big climb, our 5K runners peel off into the forest to return to the finish line. The 10M, 20M, and 50K runners continue on a larger loop. Most of your elevation is taken care of in that first hill, so you’ll flow through beautiful forests on undulating trails before a short, but technical descent back to the finish. The 20-mile and 50k courses repeat the 10-mile loop 2 or 3 times, respectively.
