La Nuit (the Night Trail Run)

La Nuit night trail run is a race through a challenging and beautiful nature preserve. There is a race for everyone, including a 1 mile sunset strun (stroll/run); a 5k dusk chase; and for the really tough, a 3 Hour, 6 Hour, 9 Hour, or 9 Hour Relay race where runners repeat a challenging 3.2 mile loop over gravel, rock, logs, dirt, mulch, wide and narrow trails, up steps, switchbacks and steep inclines. The ones with the most loops in their time frame win (with the last loop beginning before the cut off time). The relay race consists of 3 runners who take consecutive turns running the 3.2 mile loop through the 9 Hour time frame.

Races Day Schedule:

7:00 PM 3 Hour, 6 Hour, 9 Hour, 9 Hour Relay (6:00 PM check-in)

7:30 PM 5k and 10k (6:30 PM check-in)

7:45 PM 1 Mile (7:15 PM check-in)
